1. 必须全面准确贯彻“一国两制”方针。

1. “一国两制”的根本宗旨是维护国家主权、安全、发展利益，保持香港、澳门长期繁荣稳定。

The fundamental purpose of the policy of "one country, two systems" is to safeguard China's sovereignty, security and development interests and to maintain long-term prosperity and stability in Hong Kong and Macao. 

2.中央政府所做的一切，都是为了国家好，为了香港、澳门好，为了港澳同胞好。

All that the central government has done are for the benefits of our country, of Hong Kong and Macao, and of our fellow compatriots in the two regions.

The policy of "one country, two systems" has been tested repeatedly in practice. It serves the fundamental interests of not only Hong Kong and Macao, but also the whole country and the nation. It has gained the full support from the more than 1.4 billion Chinese people including the residents of Hong Kong and Macao, and it is also widely recognized by the international community. There is no reason for us to change such a good policy, and we must adher to it over the long run.

4. 把香港特别行政区管治权牢牢掌握在爱国者手中，这是保证香港长治久安的必然要求，任何时候都不能动摇。

To keep the power to govern the HKSAR firmly in the hands of those who love the country is essential for safeguarding the long-term stability and security of Hong Kong. At no time should this principle be allowed to be compromised.

5. 香港的根本利益同国家的根本利益是一致的，中央政府的心同香港同胞的心也是完全连通的。

The fundamental interests of Hong Kong are in line with those of the country, and the central government and Hong Kong compatriots share the same aspirations.

6. 青年兴，则香港兴；青年发展，则香港发展；青年有未来，则香港有未来。

Hong Kong will prosper only when its young people thrive; Hong Kong will develop only when its young people achieve well-rounded development; and Hong Kong will have a future only when its young people have a bright future.
