习近平在全球发展高层对话会上的讲话重要语汇汉英对照

6月24日，国家主席习近平在北京以视频方式主持全球发展高层对话会并发表题为《构建高质量伙伴关系 共创全球发展新时代》的重要讲话。中国外文局所属当代中国与世界研究院、中国翻译研究院根据中央媒体及机构发布的中英文内容，重点围绕讲话中的四点“倡议”和各项务实举措，整理形成汉英对照版，供业界及相关人员参考使用。

一、四点“倡议”

—将加大对全球发展合作的资源投入

—把南南合作援助基金整合升级为“全球发展和南南合作基金”，并在30亿美元基础上增资10亿美元

upgrade the South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund to a Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund, and add US$1 billion to the fund on top of the US$3 billion already committed

—将加大对中国—联合国和平与发展基金的投入

increase input to the UN Peace and Development Trust Fund

—将同各方携手推进重点领域合作，动员发展资源，深化全球减贫脱贫合作，提升粮食生产和供应能力，推进清洁能源伙伴关系

—举办世界青年发展论坛，共同发起全球青年发展行动计划
